01 — INTRODUCTION

A proprietary valuation framework.

The Hakmi Asset Index (HAI) is Hakmi Capital Group's proprietary asset registration and valuation framework. The index consolidates every registered company asset into a single, transparent valuation model — used internally for capital preservation, ownership documentation and long-term appreciation tracking.

  • Track tangible company assets
  • Monitor long-term appreciation
  • Provide valuation transparency
  • Document ownership history
  • Build historical performance data
  • Support long-term capital preservation

HAI continuously evolves as new assets become registered and existing assets receive updated market valuations.

05 — METHODOLOGY

How HAI values assets.

Live Market Value

Assets with reliable public market pricing receive continuously updated market valuations.

  • PSA
  • Collectr
  • CardMarket
  • eBay sold listings
  • Auction records
  • Public marketplace data

Internal Fair Value

Certain assets have limited public market data. Their valuation is based upon comparable sales and specialist research.

  • Comparable sales
  • Historical transactions
  • Population reports
  • Private sales
  • Specialist research
  • Internal review

Under Evaluation

Some assets have not yet received a final valuation and remain excluded from registered market value.

  • Still being catalogued
  • Missing historical pricing
  • Limited market activity
  • Japanese-exclusive products
  • Sealed products awaiting review
  • Niche collectibles
PORTFOLIO GROWTH IN PROGRESS

A living valuation system.

Company valuation is expected to increase over time through two independent mechanisms:

  • Appreciation of already registered assets.
  • Registration and valuation of previously unassessed assets that are currently undergoing cataloguing.

This means future increases in company valuation may occur without any additional acquisitions, as existing company-owned assets continue to be documented and incorporated into the HAI.

06 — TRANSPARENCY

A transparent disclosure.

BETA · WORK IN PROGRESS

These values are not completely finished — there could be mistakes somewhere. Figures shown reflect the current state of the Hakmi Asset Index and will continue to be refined as more assets are catalogued and verified.

CONVERSION RATE · 1 US$ = 9.67 NOK · JULY 16, 2026

The Hakmi Asset Index is intended to provide a transparent overview of Hakmi Capital Group's registered tangible assets. Displayed values represent estimated fair market values at the time of publication.

Collectible and alternative asset markets remain inherently illiquid, meaning realised transaction values may differ from displayed valuations.

The index should not be interpreted as audited financial statements, investment advice or guaranteed future asset values.
